  • Together with developers and product managers work through requirements.
  • Plan releases, help limiting the scope and cutting out unnecessary things.
  • Understand how our AI works, suggest improvements and ideas for the algorithms.
  • Help ensuring security, scalability and reliability of our solutions.
  • Write automated tests to be integrated into our CI pipelines.

Requirements

Hard:

  • Min 5 years experience in software quality assurance/testing.
  • Solid understanding of QA processes, best practices, testing techniques, and methodologies.
  • Min 2 years experience in writing automated tests, preferably Python.

  • Solid experience with managing bug/task tracking workflows.

Soft:

  • Ability to clearly express yourself via chat and write good documentation is a must.
  • Self-sufficient: you don’t need detailed instructions, you know what makes a good QA job.
  • Self-driven: you are capable of setting up deadlines for yourself and meeting them.
  • Never afraid of confronting management or developers for the sake of the best outcome, capable of being a leader when necessary.

As an early employee, you will enjoy watching the startup grow from inside and will be able to steer the direction of the company’s development. Additionally, we offer:

  • Flat hierarchy and close to zero bureaucracy; you have to make important technical decisions from day 1.
  • Your ideas will be heard and directly implemented if they bring value to the product.
  • Always remote work and flexible schedule.
  • Stock options.
  • 5 weeks of paid vacation, paid sick leaves.
  • Great company culture based on honesty and mutual respect.
  • Live team events, including trips to Europe.
  • Paid relevant conferences/online education/english courses.
