Qualifications:

  • University degree is a must
  • Strong command of the English and Russian languages in both written and oral communications
  • 1+ years of HR operations experience
  • Knowledge of relevant Russian Labor legislation and local HR regulations
  • Advanced level of proficiency in MS Office and 1C Zup
  • Strong understanding of insurance and retiral benefits
  • Strong integrity, maturity, and fairness in dealing with members and confidential information
  • Should be hands-on and have experience in independently driving HR operations requirements for a large team/business/ organization
  • Experience in dealing with senior management
  • A non-hierarchical approach; the flexibility and ability to build consensus

Who you will work with:

You will work in our Moscow office as part of our HR team.
You will closely work with the consultants, professional development colleagues, and the recruiting team. You will execute and coordinate the key people processes and be responsible for managing our internal HR systems.

What you will do:

  • Day-to-day coordination of a wide variety of human resources processes and programs
  • Ensuring the smooth entry and exit of employees, including coordinating new hire orientation, processing relevant paperwork, and sharing HR/benefits information.
  • Managing the benefits administration process for the office, including communicating changes in programs, administering the annual open enrollment process, and serving as a key contact for related questions.
  • Coordination of other personnel programs (e.g., promotion, inter-functional transfer, mobility, maternity leave, etc.) and external vendors to manage local benefit programs (e.g., health insurance, life insurance, etc.).
  • Conducting personnel analysis and reporting, using firm databases
