ApprovalMax develops SaaS software solutions for finance and accounting automation. We are operating out of Germany as well as Russia and the UK, and sell our products on the English-speaking markets worldwide. We are expanding and hiring an experienced Customer Success Manager on remote-base to help us grow the business.

 

At ApprovalMax, the Customer Success manager is responsible for:

  • Leading all Customer Success activities for the Australian and New Zealand customers
  • Being a trusted advisor of the client/partner to keep track and develop product adoption
  • Maintaining a detailed understanding of products and services, assist customers with questions and suggest the best features/setup for their needs
  • Assisting partners with the onboarding process (training, setup and etc)
  • Promoting the value of the product among partners and upsell/cross-sell editions and functionalities (drive post-sales MRR growth)
  • Reviewing customer complaints and concerns and seek to improve all aspects of the customer experience with the company by sharing and managing the feedback with the Development and Product team (ensure low churn and high retention rate)
  • Providing demos (for pre-sales clients/partners when assistance is required by the sales team) and Setup & Training services (prof services package) with ApprovalMax clients/partners
  • Contributing to optimize existing team processes and actively enhance all Customer Success initiatives
  • Replacing Customer Support colleagues due to vacation or urgent situations

 

Requirements for Customer Success Manager:

  • 3-6 years of experience in account management or customer success position (revenue driven) strongly preferred
  • An experience in Finance/Accounting sphere (knowledge of Xero, QBO ecosystems and etc) would be an advantage
  • Technical skills would be an advantage
  • Experience working with partner channels
  • Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships
  • Accountability and personal organization are essential
  • Experience in providing trainings / demos
  • Ability to establish milestones and deliver the projects / agreements achieved
