Program Manager

As a Program Manager, you will organize and coordinate programs by outlining and planning all aspects of work related to a given project such as budget, timelines and teams. You will be responsible for overseeing the progress of operations and providing strategic guidance to the people involved.

You are an excellent leader and have experience in managing activities of different disciplines to produce results in a timely manner. Your goal will be to ensure that all programs deliver the desirable outcome to internal and external Alemira stakeholders.

You will work on:

• Developing timelines, budget, teams, and plan for a given project
• Coordinating cross-project and cross-team activities
• Assuming responsibility for the program’s people and solutions
• Assessing program performance and aim to maximize ROI
• Anticipating and solving any problems related to the program
• Resolving projects’ higher scope issues

You will be awesome at this role if you have:

• Proven experience as a Program or Project Manager in the software industry
• Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods
• Excellent knowledge of office and program/project management software
• Outstanding leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills
