THE ROLE

Here is a new opportunity to join our Ecommerce team in a role of Customer Marketing Manager! Your talent of collaboration and finding mutually interesting solutions will help major E-retailers in Russia to deliver our brand initiatives. Therefore, shoppers will be able to buy famous Coty products online and experience the magic of Gucci, Burberry, Max Factor, Wella brands and much more…

Reporting to: Head of Ecommerce Consumer Beauty & Luxury Russia & CIS

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create and implement initiative strategy for major Ecommerce players, both Pure Players and Bricks & Clicks (Wildberries.ru, Ozon.ru, Lamoda.ru, Letu.ru and others);

• Develop and implement initiative plan based on e-customers’ specific features, which includes:

  - Promo mechanics and duration;

  - Relevant retailer media tools (banners, e-mailings and etc);

  - External traffic engagement tools (SEM, Retargeting campaigns and etc);

• Analyze effectiveness of promo mechanics, retailer media and performance tools. Provide recommendations for improvement to Ecommerce KAM and directly to e-Customers;

• Close collaboration with sales and marketing teams to develop and provide the most effective Sale Out increase solutions to e-customers;

• Explore new opportunities to maximize visibility of COTY products inside online-catalog;

• Create an approach to linking Digital Media campaigns with e-retailers’ sites together with brand marketing team

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

• 1-3 years of experience in Trade Marketing or Brand Marketing inside international company (FMCG or Beauty), or 3-6 years in Digital and Media agency;

• Experience at digital media and performance campaigns development and implementation, good knowledge of major digital and performance marketing tools and retailer media;

• Experience at collaboration with leading e-retailers will be an advantage;

• Knowledge of the most widely used tools of Web-analytics (GA, YM);

• University Degree;

• Upper-intermediate+ level of English;

• Excellent analytical skills

• Strong communication and negotiation skills;

• Advanced user of MS Office (Power Point, Excel);

• Proactivity & self-motivation in achieving goals;

• Advanced presentation skills;
