What to do:

• Develop and support current reporting (managerial/operation);
• Share knowledge on data analytics tools and decision-making approach with business teams;
• Provide ad-hocs and deep-dive researches with an actionable insight for business improvement;
• Develop financial and operational models and planning/forecasting tools;
• Improve data-management processes, KPIs logic;
• Help business to improve OPS processes based on data/business understanding.

Some formal requirements:

• Extremely structured and logical mindset, but ability to think “out of the box”;
• Proven achievements on previous positions;
• Ability and willingness to develop yourself and people around you;
• Pro-active and absolutely ideological personnel;
• Proficiency in data visualization tools, SQL, Excel and PowerPoint. Python is an advantage;
• Master of a craft in communication and peer management;
• Fluent in English writing and speaking, Chinese is a GREAT advantage.
