COGAN, District Judge:

Kevin Stout appeals the dismissal of his putative class action against FreeScore, LLC ("FreeScore"), under the Credit Repair Organizations Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1679, et seq. ("CROA"). In dismissing Stout's claim, the district court concluded that FreeScore is not a "credit repair organization" as defined in the CROA.
