Charlie Sheen isn't going anywhere anytime soon.

Nearly 1,000 Charlie Sheen-related domain names were registered at GoDaddy.com last week, the domain licensing company said.

A spokeswoman for GoDaddy wouldn't specify domain names without owners' consents, but said most revolved around the actor's name and catchphrases like "winning" and "tiger blood."

"Registration trends like this are something we have seen in the past with celebrity deaths, or even tragic events. In this case, it makes sense for a surge in related domain names when you consider the intense exposure Mr. Sheen has had of late on the Internet," said Elizabeth Driscoll, vice president of public relations at GoDaddy.

According to commenters at the Domain Name Wire blog, which first reported the news, URL's like 'twoandahalfgoddesses.com' and 'Unemployedwinner.com' have already been snapped up.

"You see this sort of thing with celebrity deaths and tragic events, but this is somewhat unusual," writes Andrew Allemann at Domain Name Wire. "I guess you could call it a personally tragic event.

"But people registering these domains are unlikely to cash in. Domains like this are very hard to sell (whats the market?) and most of them receive little traffic that can be monetized."

Sheen, who was officially fired from the CBS hit series "Two and a Half Men" on Monday, set the Guinness World Record for last week and was the . Last week Sheen also for his Twitter and Facebook posts.
