Plaintiff Kaitlyn Cava commenced this action on March 1, 2013 individually and on behalf of those similarly situated ("Plaintiff") against defendants Tranquility Salon & Day Spa, Inc. ("Tranquility") and Leah Pelengaris ("Pelengaris" and together with Tranquility, "Defendants") for violations of the Fair Labor Standards Act ("FLSA"), as amended, 29 U.S.C. § 201 et seq.,
