QA Lead

International educational project Hyperskill is looking for QA Lead who can guide and develop the QA team.

What you will do:

• Manage 3 QA engineers in several projects;
• Team member mentoring and progress management;
• Automated code review tests;
• Testing process arrangement, sprint planning, task evaluation;
• Development and implementation of new test instruments (including autotests);
• Testing on your own (up to 50% of time).

Our expectations:

• At least 5 years of QA experience;
• Experience in team leading, strategy and plans generation for testing, result analysis and process optimization;
• Real experience in testing automatization (Python, JavaScript);
• Readiness to test on your own, aside from management;
