Koshelek is an app that replaces a real wallet with plastic cards. Our goals are to help users make their purchases more convenient and profitable and also rid the world of plastic. You can transfer the existing discount and bank cards to the Koshelek app, as well as issue new cards directly from the app catalog.
20 million users have already registered in our app. Our team consists of more than 200 people with the majority working from our head office in Saint Petersburg.

Scope of work:

• develop a performance-marketing strategy for the mobile app, both in Russia and abroad;
• launch performance campaigns in advertising systems, ensuring its permanent optimization on the go;
• communicate with dedicated performance marketing agencies and control the quality of their work;
• align with colleagues from Analytics and Product teams for better results within the area of responsibility;
• plan and produce successfully performing creative materials (mainly video), together with Creative and Design teams (full circle from scenario to production);
• develop ASO, both in-house and outsourcing.

Skills we require:

• at least 3 years of successful experience in mobile performance marketing on Russian and foreign markets;
• deep knowledge of Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Apple Search Ads, in-app networks;
• skills in data analysis and data-based decision making (Excel, BI, Amplitude, GA);
• willingness to work with and be responsible for high-scale budgets;
• knowledge of technical details and logics of mobile attribution (AppsFlyer);
• fluent English, both written and spoken;
• proactive and self-confident;
• ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
