Responsibilities:
- Make the annual HR policy, regularly update during the operation;
- based on the business target and requirements, organization and staffs, recognize the current problems about HR aspects, organize analyze the root cause and make the related solutions;
- manage the employee relationship, communicate effectively with the managers and staffs, learn the atmosphere, and report to business direction;
- talent management process which covers the recruitment, development, incentive and withdrawal, operate the HR management of different talent group, and improve the operation process according to the problems founded;
- manage the internal and external compliance referring to recruitment and resignation, labor contract, attendance, payroll and compensation, etc;
- daily communication in English.
Requirements:
- More than 3 years experience of HR management of middle or large organization;
- the experiences of leading a team, responsible for the technique training, performance management and talent development of the team members;
- good resource coordination capabilities and interpersonal communication capabilities;
- conversational level of English is a must.
