Head of Marketing

We are aiming to bring JustControl.it to the global market and build a distinguished international team, and now we're looking for an A-player Head of Marketing to become an integral part of our team and fill one of the key roles in achieving this goal.

General Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement a marketing strategy;

- Manage all digital marketing channels and drive new partnerships;

- Manage and track marketing budgets and ensure effective budget use;

- Drive lead generation campaigns to attract prospects and customers;

- Increase brand awareness and build content strategy;

- Analyse and report on the impact of marketing campaigns ;

Required qualifications:

- 3+ years of relevant experience;

- Product launch experience;

- Strategic experience: forecasting, planning, analytics;

- Team management experience: recruiting, motivating, evaluating, etc.;

- Excellent written and verbal English skills;
