The search for a missing, wheelchair-bound 18-year old girl is over. On Tuesday, the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office announced on Twitter that Annysia Martin has been found.

Martin, nicknamed "Nysi" by her friends and family, disappeared Friday on her way to the Boynton Beach Mall.

Nysi suffers from cerebral palsy, and must use a wheelchair to get around making her disappearance all the more terrifying for her family.

Family members believed her disappearance may be tied to social media.

"I think she's with a guy for sure that she met on Kik, and he has her against her will," said Nhekia Osborne, Nysi's mother.

We are waiting for more details on where she was found and under what circumstances she went missing.

The Osborne family will be holding a press conference at their home in Lake Worth at 1 p.m.
