Nutrition in NETs: Health Professional Survey

This survey aims to explore the experience of health professionals regarding nutrition issues experienced by people diagnosed with a neuroendocrine tumour (NET). You have been invited to complete this survey because you provide care and treatment for people with NETs. This survey has 21 questions and should take about 5-10 minutes to complete.
