A woman was arrested for vulnerable adult abuse on Tuesday, police said.Anne T. Pavlik, 23, of Arlington, was taken into custody after a warrant was issued after an investigation.The investigation determined that on Feb. 13, a patient fell asleep too close to a fireplace at Edgewood Vista Memory Care facility near 178th and Pacific streets.The patient sustained injuries and was taken to Fremont Health, where the patient later died.Pavlik was responsible for the patient's care at the time of the incident.An autopsy showed that the cause of death was a combination of natural causes and the recent burns sustained at the facility.
