Text Size, Line-Height, UI Layout different in WB 15

Post by IzzyAvraham »

I'm having two text-related problems with Web Builder 15. Screenshots for following issues here: https://drive.google.com/drive/u/0/fold ... JI_lS0HZcj The display settings on my PC are set to 125% and I recently upgraded to Windows 10.

1. The text size changes either in the UI or in the final output. In WB 14 I didn't have the DPI settings checked, see "gui 14 settings" screenshot. When I upgraded to WB 15 the text size was too small either in the UI or in the final output depending on how I tweaked the settings, see gui and output screenshots. These are the variables I already ran through:
~Browser zoom as per this post: https://tinyurl.com/vu3h8rq
~Both dpi settings, advanced scaling settings in .exe properties, and disabling Direct2D as per this post: https://tinyurl.com/wldfso9
~32 and 64 bit. I was using 32 bit in WB 14 and when I installed 15 in 64 bit the settings didn't migrate so I did a complete uninstall with Revo and then reinstalled 64 bit and some of the settings migrated although as you can see from the 15 gui screenshots the UI settings reset.
In all of these cases what I saw wasn't what I got. Is there something I haven't tried yet? What should I do? I'd really like to use WB 15's new features but I can't if it's going to destroy my website.

2. The spacing between text lines changed, see output and text setting screenshots. I can't go through the hundreds of pages on the website and manually change this. If the settings from WB can't be migrated to keep the text settings the same then it's a no go. Is there anything I can do about this?

Thank you for your help with this and congratulations on getting WB 15 out!

As you have mentioned that you have upgraded to Windows 10 have you checked the DPI settings of your PC and that in the program?
