HR Generalist

Palta is a global mobile health&wellbeing ecosystem. Over the last 5 years, Palta has launched such successful companies as Flo (global leader in female health with more than 40 mln MAU), Prisma (app of the year 2016, 150+ mln downloads), Simple (#1 fasting app in the US). Currently, Palta fuels the growth of 9 mobile apps, all focused on the digital health&wellbeing market. More than 600 Palta employees work across Europe in the UK, Germany, Spain, Netherlands, Poland, Lithuania, Russia, Ukraine, Belarus and other countries.

WANNA mission is to make fashion available to everyone through digital yet realistic total look experiences. WANNA is a mobile AR technology that allows shoppers to 'try on' a product (clothes, shoes, watches, etc.) before buying it.
Wanna's customer list includes such names as Gucci, IWC, Farfetch, GOAT, Massimo Dutti and Lamoda.

Finding the best people is a key driver to WANNA’s success. So we’re seeking a HR generalist who will improve our HR processes and drive a full recruitment cycle.
 

What you'll be doing:

• Manage, drive and own the full cycle recruiting,
• Create onboarding plans and educating newly hired employees,
• Work closely with senior leadership to improve our HR processes and internal procedures,
• Support and drive a variety of key HR initiatives including: compensation, training & development, reward systems, etc

What we expect:

• 5+ years HR experience working in the Tech Industry either from a start-up or scaling tech business,
• Proven experience in recruiting in a fast-paced team environment,
• Experience creating, building and implementing employee programs, processes and procedures,
• Demonstrate ability to interface comfortably and confidently with people at all levels of the organization,
• Comfortable in a startup environment, self-starter, eager to problem solve,
• Passion to digital fashion.
