A special education teacher in Maryland is accused of selling heroin on school property.WJLA reports Monica Snee, 51, of Salisbury, has been charged with possession of heroin, distribution of heroin, and distribution of both heroin and prescription medications on school property.Wicomico County authorities say Snee was turned in by one of her customers. "He was trying to break off the demons that were controlling him with the heroin and he came to us because he wanted to basically turn in one of his suppliers," Lt. Tim Robinson said. Detectives set up surveillance at Parkside High School and said they were stunned to witness her dealing in the parking lot. Snee was arrested on Nov. 14 as she was leaving school property. Authorities said more than 100 capsules containing heroin, hundreds of oxycodone pills and small amounts of suboxone strips were found in her car along with $3,000 in cash.Authorities said there is no evidence Snee was selling to students or staff.
