Lott Industries separating from Lucas County Board of Developmental Disabilities

TOLEDO, Ohio — Lott industries will no longer be paired with the Lucas County Board of Developmental Disabilities due to changes in Medicaid requirements.

The company has taken this change as a rebranding opportunity. It has a new butterfly logo and will now establish contracts with clients autonomously.

"It is separating now and going to become its own provider, its own independent provider of vocational services," said CEO Tim Menke. "So that allows Lott to grow and expand, create its own identity, to spread its wings and help more people."

Lott Industries has provided educational and vocational opportunities for adults with developmental disabilities for over 60 years.
