Thank you for your interest in sharing your organization's adapted 'F-words' tools and resources with CanChild!

We are interested in learning about how you are implementing the 'F-words' in your organization and seeing the tools that have been created. With your permission we would also be happy to highlight your organization and share your tools/resources on the 'F-words' Knowledge Hub. Many of the tools found on the Knowledge Hub came as a result of sharing materials and ideas. Our hope is that the F-words Knowledge Hub continues to be a go-to resource for knowledge exchange and sharing, and that by working together we will move the F-words forward into practice.

We want to remind you that it is important that the 'F-words' are appropriately cited on any materials that are integrating them. In order to include your tool or resource on the F-words Knowledge Hub, we need some information from you. Please ensure that your tool or resource includes the following:

1) Your organization's copyright information including the copyright symbol, the year and the authors or name of your organization

(© [date], [your organization]) OR [authors names]) e.g., ( © 2019, Children's Treatment Network Simcoe York) OR ( © 2019, A. Parker & C. Rowan)

2) Citation of the original F-words paper:
