I decided to kill two birds with one stone - lose weight before the summer and write a remarkable article. So, what Keto diet really is?
It's a low carb diet predominately consisting of fats and moderate quantities of proteins. To put it simply, you can't eat your most favourite delicious foods! No sweets, pastries, or potatoes. Fast-food becomes your #1 enemy. However, you can eat lots of meat, which you start hating on the third day of your diet.
Carbohydrates are the energy for our body. When your body lacks them, it starts burning its own fat to get the energy. This is called ketosis. Protein tissues remain intact keeping your muscles with you. What was my own experience?
I stopped eating sweets and buns.
My diet included meat, cheese, cottage cheese, some vegetables, and eggs. Looks good but I started experiencing the aftermath of low carbs level in just 3 days.
Waking up in the morning was hard. I had no energy at all. Even my brain worked slower than ever.
I lost 4kg in a week, which was a good result. But I started experiencing problems with my kidneys. They were simply unable to process huge amounts of proteins which I ate instead of carbs. I was really scared and decided to stop.
I was expected to have my publication ready the following month and I failed my experiment. To handle the situation, I gave a call to a friend of mine who is a dietitian. She told me about the product which could help to avoid removing carbs from my diet.

I can definitely say that my experiment was successful. I lost weight and refreshed my wardrobe. Now I wear body-hugging dresses, pants, and mini-skirts as my new shape lets me do so. And I'll get even slimmer before the summer.
To those who tried losing weight using the Keto diet or just planning to do so, I strongly recommend purchasing Keto Guru . The effect will be more noticeable and your body healthier. However, it shouldn't be overused as your body might start working to burn fat only, ultimately causing anorexia. Good luck and wish you all get a slim body!

I managed to maintain Keto diet for just two days. It's really tough to live without carbs. And doing exercises is completely out of question. This diet is not for me.
