Pharmacy is Walgreens main business, whereas for Walmart it is secondary to being a supermarket. To me this means that if something breaks in the pharmacy at Walgreens it'll have highest repair/replacement priority (over the store) whereas it's more likely Walmart would prioritize whatever is most profitable for it. read more
