Missing Frankston teenager Hailey Dell-Clooney has been found safe and well.

Hailey was found hours after her mother Jeskah Oneill made a public appeal for help on Friday night, saying the disappearance was out of character.

Hailey, who has high-functioning autism, had not been seen by her family since Monday.

Police had released a photograph of Hailey, earlier this week, in the hope anybody with information would come forward.

"I love her and I miss her and she's not in trouble, nobody is angry with her, I just want her to make contact with somebody, anybody and let somebody know she's okay," Ms Oneill said earlier.

"She's got so many people who love her and care about her, I just hope she knows that."

A relative posted on the Find Hayley facebook page at about 8pm to announce the teenage had been found in the La Trobe Valley region and was being brought back to Frankston by police.
