The Norwegian trumpeter, composer and producer Nils Petter Molvær has changed the face of improvised music in Europe in the past few decades. Besides leaving a mark as a trumpeter, creating his own unique sound, he has also recorded soundtracks for a number of films, TV-films, documentaries and plays, and has released nine albums under his own name. His debut album “Khmer” (ECM) sold over 250,000 copies worldwide and established his reputation as one of the leading voices of the new European jazz movement of the Nineties. Jo Berger Myhre is a Norwegian bassist who has a bachelor in  jazz and improvised music. He has worked with Ingrid Olava, Solveig Slettahjell and Hilde Marie Kjersem. Jo Berger Myhre has several projects of his own, the most active is Splashgirl, a trio with four album releases.

Johan Lindström is known from the bands Tonbruket and Per Texas Johansson's band which in the latter half of the nineties really put Swedish jazz on the map with releases like "All My Friends".

Tonbruket is a unique constellation of sparkling musicians. Tonbruket takes us on cosmic expeditions in jazz, prog, rock, funk, people, fusion, modern art music, Nordic vodka, world class space, Bollywood, technicolor, electronic summing and Ummagumma ...! The band consists of people from The Soundtrack Of Our Lives, Wildbirds & Peacedrums and Esbjörn Svensson Trio, and has unique experience they take in this forward-looking project. In the cover text of Tonbrukets newest album Nubium Swimtrip, members show their strong ties to The Beatles and Pink Floyd, as well as Sjostakovitj, Wilco and Radiohead.

The discography of Erland Dahlen currently counts around 315 releases. He has played with an impressive wide range of artists and projects ranging from Eivind Aarseth's band Sonic Codex, John Paul Jones, Xploding Plastix, Madrugada, Pantha du Prince and the Bell Laboratory, Kaada / Mike Patton. In recent years he has been a regular member of Nils Petter Molvær's band and plays in a duo with Geir Sundstøl and in the trio Stian Westerhus and the Pale Horses.
