I pass through this area on I-80 several times a month and have always stopped at Thunder Road Grill for a good home cooked meal.
As a regular let me tell you, Thunder Road Grill is a no-brainer. The service? Top-notch. The food? Absolutely delicious. And don’t even get me started on the portions – they’re more than generous. Plus, the prices won’t break the bank, and they’ve got a menu with enough variety to keep everyone happy.
I’m a ribeye guy and if I’m here for dinner, that’s my choice… always cooked just the way I like it. Lunch is usually Philly Cheesesteak. Their burgers are exceptional too. They offer everything from hearty breakfast, to salads, chicken, tacos, fish and pizza. They also have a full bar with 16 beers on tap!
If you’re ever around Grand Island make sure to hit up Thunder Road Grill for some seriously good home-cooked grub.
It’s an easy hop on and off I-80 to grab a bite here. Totally worth recommending!
