A former Clark County School District bus driver, accused of sexually assaulting a child now faces more charges.

Police say the victim was a 10-year-old autistic girl. During the preliminary hearing Friday, the district attorney added charges against Ramiro Garza including child abuse resulting in mental harm and kidnapping.

Charges of sexual assault of a minor were upgraded to sexual assault of a minor who is vulnerable. Garza in court did not have much of a reaction as the young girl's mother and babysitter gave very emotional and disturbing testimony.

Charges of sexual assault of a minor were upgraded to sexual assault of a minor who is vulnerable. Garza in court did not have much of a reaction as the young girl's mother and babysitter gave very emotional and disturbing testimony.

Garza in shackles, as the D.A. questioned the autistic girl's babysitter and mother on the witness stand. We do not mention their names to protect their identity.

With the help of a court translator, the girl's babysitter described the moment she arrived home late from school, last November.

"What happened? How come you are arriving like this? She would cover her face with her jacket," said the Babysitter.

The babysitter alerted the girls behavior to the child's mother. That's when the mother says she knew something very wrong had happened. She asked the girl to role play with her to find out.

On the stand, the mother described how Garza allegedly touched and licked her daughter's chest. Other details are just too graphic to air.

"I don't know if I can. I feel embarrassed. Can I demonstrate," said the Mother.

As her autistic daughter continued to role play, the mother testified, she was deeply disturbed.

"I felt like I was going to have a heart attack or something but I kept calm so she would not notice my frustration and my pain," said the Mother.

Garza's argued the autistic girl didn't mention the crime until her mom offered her a trip to Disneyland.

Garza is scheduled to appear in court February 17th for an arraignment.
