THE ROLE

We are offering you to join one of the leading Beauty companies as HR Intern! You will work in close collaboration with whole HR Russia team and be exposed to various areas of HR work, bringing meaningful and visible projects to life. This experience will be most useful for future HR roles in international companies.

Reporting to: HR Director, Talent, Compensation & Benefits and corporate projects

Expected duration - 6 months

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and implement well-being program for employees in Russia;
• Enrich benefits program (i.e. discounts, partnerships) and promote among employees;
• Upgrade training program, using external and internal resources, including digital;
• Improve onboarding experience through designing and implementing welcome pack;
• Lead activities to promote employer brand internally and externally;
• Update HR metrics tracking

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

• 3+ years of university studies in management or business field, HR as an advantage;
• Digitally savvy;
• Intermediate level of English;
• Structural thinking with ability to communicate effectively;
• Proactivity & self-motivation in achieving goals;
• Presentation skills;
• Passion for Beauty - as an advantage
