A couple of thugs robbed a person in a wheel-chair last month on Denver’s 16th Street Mall.

Denver police released photographs of two suspects Friday, in hope that someone will recognize them.

The robbery of an at-risk adult happened at about 11 a.m. March 3 at the California Street RTD light rail stop at the mall, police said.

The pair fled on foot. Both men “are believed to frequent” the mall, police said.

Anyone with information on the robbery, or who recognizes either of the men in photos, is asked to call Metro Denver Crime Stoppers at 720 913-7867 (STOP); Crime Stoppers tips can be sent by text to 274637 (Crimes) then title DMCS and enter a message.

Tipsters can remain anonymous and the Crime Stoppers line is available 24-hours daily, seven days a week.
