A newly founded Health & Fitness company Zing is looking for a Head of Growth Product to establish and develop the growth function from scratch. You will work on challenging projects that utilize state-of-the-art technologies and deliver value to people who want to change their lifestyle for the better.
Our mission at Zing is to inspire people to excersize daily by combining a unique fitness methodology with motivational style of Emotional AI coach.
We are a part of Palta family, a venture studio that’s launched and developed such products as Flo (global leader in female health apps), Prisma (app of the year 2016), Simple Fasting (#1 fasting app in the US) and many more. Palta is a unique community of founders, investors and world-class experts focused on mobile consumer products.
At Zing we are sports freaks. We’re trully passionate about what we do and how this will impact the out-of-date fitness industry and ultimately people’s lives.
You'll contribute by:
- Devising and implementing data-led acquisition strategies for Zing, optimizing every part of the sales funnel,
- Identifying and scaling paid and unpaid digital acquisition channels, including: social (paid & unpaid), partnerships & influencers, SEO, content, email and more,
- Calculating CAC & LTV and optimizing campaigns for profitable unit economics,
- Working closely with product owners and engineering teams to optimize conversion rates,
- Uncovering creative, non-traditional and new methods of acquiring users,
- Building, leading and recruiting the growth team.
We expect that you have:
- A minimum of 3-5 years of product management or growth experience in mobile,
- Mathematical mindset (higher education in computer science, math or engineering),
- 2+ years experience marketing a B2C subscription product,
- Deep understanding of acquisition KPIs and complex funnels,
- Proven track record of increasing user acquisition, engagement and retention and meeting/exceeding revenue and profitability goals,
- Self-starter with ability to execute under deadlines,
- Experience in scaling acquisition strategies geographically,
- Excellent English skills (B2+).
