Senior Product Manager

CloudAlly a Zix company provides online cloud to cloud backup and recovery solutions, which backs up daily changes in your SaaS to unlimited Amazon S3 storage and makes it available for restore or export.

CloudAlly a Zix company is looking for an outstanding and proactive Senior Product Manager to join our Kazan team working. Coordinating work with the members in Israel and the development team in Kazan.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to play a critical role in creating best-in-class software products for project management.

Responsibilities:

• Research and understand the market and create product requirements specification;
• Determine product market demands and establish long term goals to develop the product strategy;
• Maintain workable interaction with the clients as well as team members;
• Communicate product features and functions to cross functional teams at all levels clearly;
• Be an active participant in the product development lifecycle;
• Manage product lifecycle from planning to development and address the issues;
• Ensure the availability of all the required resources to create training and technical services;
• Create promotion strategies through advertisements to highlight core features of the product;
• Stay updated about the latest SaaS products available in market.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, or related field;
• 5 years of experience as a Senior Product Manager or Product Manager role;
• Well-versed with product lifecycle management;
• Fair understanding of project management;
• Outstanding research skills;
• Basic knowledge of agile software development methodologiesExcellent communication skills with an analytical approach;
• Good command over MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, etc.);
• Should be a team player demonstrating awesome leadership skills;
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM - an advantage.
