Marketing Communication Specialist / Editor (B2B - Merchants, Sellers, Partner

We are looking for Communication Specialist to support Seller Operations team in supporting and growing merchants on the platform.

Responsibilities

• Build strong and trustworthy relationships with sellers via all possible communication channels in order to increase engagement and overall awareness on new initiatives;
• Manage communications with sellers in email, business site, social media and education platform;
• Make sure seller interface language is correct and localized, find points of improvements;
• Find own ways to impact business results with given set of tools;
• Plan and develop new communication tools and processes.

Requirements

• Good writing skill is a must;
• Understanding of product development and product operations;
• Great soft skills and high level empathy;
• Ability to understand complex system and present them in simple way;
• Fluent English is a must
