Lead system analyst

We are a London-based Fintech start-up with a vision of building an innovative global banking system for crypto assets and bridging the gap between traditional banking and fast developing digital assets. We are an ambitious early-stage well-funded company targeting global markets.

We are looking for a leading system analyst capable of providing high quality for a new fintech project.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the creation of an innovative global banking system for crypto assets
• Communicate with stakeholders
• Translate business ideas into well-structured requirements
• Formalize and document complex technical requirements
• Develop descriptions of business processes, interaction diagrams, data flows, etc.
• Design integrations with external solutions

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in business/system analysis
• good understanding of the life cycle and software development process;
• Good understanding of approaches to collecting, analyzing, documenting and managing requirements;
• Good understanding of UML, BPMN
• Strong English skills, both in written and verbal Communication

Nice to have:

• Experience in fintech/banking/payment systems
• Understanding of microservice architecture;
