Marketing manager

AppFollow is an App Monitoring, App Store Optimization, and Customer Support platform.

Our main goal is to ease the everyday routines of app developers, product managers, marketing teams, customer support etc. AppFollow helps you gather and manage your app’s and game’s data, increase app conversion rate, improve app store rankings and app user loyalty.

As a Marketing Manager, you will control all of the communication between AppFollow and our presious customers, and much more than you would think. 

Your primary responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Development, execution and evaluation of an email marketing strategy;
• Development, execution and evaluation of a social media marketing strategy;
• Planning & execution of various content launches;
• Content creation;
• Reach out to potential customers through various communication channels, establishment of the new ones and analysis of the most effective ones;
• Creation of a strong community of partners, community builders, journalists, bloggers and customers from all over the world;
• Organisation of online and offline events in various countries;
• Creation of reports including but not limited to budget report, various campaign performance reports;
• Other possible tasks aimed to acquire new customers and increase brand awareness within business needs of the company.

What we expect from you:

• Strong experience in Marketing role within SaaS, mobile apps and/or mobile games development compeny;
• Good understanding of App Store, Google Play, App Annie, Appfigures и AppFollow;
• 2+ years of experience in Marketing role;
• Good understanding of SaaS metrics and how marketing help it grow;
• Strong business and analytical sense;
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
• Fluent English.
