I needed a little extra "on demand" venting for my attic storage area. This fan's smaller size and lower air flow was ideal for my ridge vent project.

No complaints

Product was what I was looking for, service at Jet was excellent, price was right, the only negative comment would be the slow delivery of the item. Took over a week. Fan is installed and working well. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Installed it in the wall and seems to move the air pretty well.  I will see how the longevity is after I use it for a while

Good price for the Fan

grate for replacement

Arrived in good condition, on time.  Easily installed, quite fan, moves good volume for the price.  If you have a square or rectangle gable, you will need something to block reverse air flow in the corners.  Comes with adjustable thermostat in electric box junction, easy conduit 3/8 connection.

Gable fan

I use this as a garage ceiling fan and it does not move enough air to make a noticeable difference in the garage (garage is fully insulated).  The temperature control is flaky; just tapping the case (at different temp settings) will turn the fan off and on.  For me it is not the right solution.

Could be better

Received on time, price was right. The only reason I gave it 2 stars, because its so noising. It has more blades than our last one. I was thinking it would be quieter.

Attic Ventilator

Not very quiet. The normal whirling is loud, but it also has a very frequent high pitch vibration sound. The fan is firmly mounted in a solid wood frame connected to the gable in a detached garage.

If you want quiet, this is not the fan for you

This fan is loud and blades are out of balance making the unit vibrate sending vibrations through the walls
