The attorney general's office said Othello Grant, 38, had a blood-alcohol level more than four times the legal limit while transporting an adult with intellectual disabilities.Grant is a former caregiver at Community Alternatives Kentucky.He is charged with wanton abuse or neglect of an adult, wanton endangerment, criminal mischief and operating a motor vehicle under the influence.
