Hi! My name is Dasha Kroshkina - CEO and Founder of StudyFree.
StudyFree is an online platform that connects students with international opportunities worldwide. We guide students along the entire application process from applying to a program to securing a scholarship and finally immigrating. 40,000 students in 108 countries around the world use StudyFree and we just finished going through the TechStars NYC and Berkeley StyDeck - top startup accelerators in the world.
We won few global startup competitions, got few rounds of investments from international venture funds and onboarded top international advisors (inc top manager from Pinterest).
Currently we are looking for one of the key roles for us: Head of Marketing
Our plan for 2021: 10x growth of revenue, international growth and expansion, growth of organic revenue and development of product-based automated funnel.
Ideally you:
- Have 7+ years of experience in B2C digital marketing (ideally e-commerce or EdTech), successfully managed a team of 10+ people during the period of aggressive growth and scaling
- Fluent English
- Able to develop and implement a strategy that covers multiple dimensions (products, markets, channels) both optimising and improving current funnels and growth experimenting new areas
- Willingness and ability to take responsibility for the team results
- Solid experience in product and performance marketing, promoting B2C IT products, subscription business model - WE DO NOT USE OFFLINE!
- Have an experience with international expansion (India, Africa, Brazil, USA) and is willing to grow in this direction
- Have both a very open, flexible mindset and analytical, structured and strategic approach
- Data driven

Responsibilities
Development and realisation of the strategy, building and managing the team and being responsible for the results and KPIs across following directions (all of them are simultaneously applicable to Russia, the USA, India, Africa and Latin America)
- Scaling and optimisation of existing paid acquisition channels ( Facebook) + diversification towards other paid channels
- Organic growth of revenue through referrals and SEO (to be built from scratch)
- Building proprietary end-to-end analytics across all funnels and channels together with our tech team
- Transition from sales-based revenue to product-based revenue through product automated funnels
- Development, implementation and realisation of communication strategy across all platforms to increase sales and margins
- Paid search, paid social (including Quora, Pinterest, Reddit, Snapchat): launch, optimisation, automation
- Influencer marketing
- Content-marketing
- Analysis of financial results and performance across various funnels and channels (CAC, LTV, ARPPU, net revenue retention)
- Growth experiments: development and implementation
- Development and optimisation of web platforms - web site, landing pages
- Social media strategy development
- Reputation management
- B2B2C marketing through partners network: development of the most efficient strategies and implementation (cross marketing with revenue share model)
- Management of external partners (freelancers, agencies etc)
- Managing marketing team: structure, development, motivation

Terms
- Full-time, remote (marketing team works mostly in Moscow)
- Consulting agreement with the US company, later full-time employment with European company (the process can be formalised after the end of European lockdown)
- Compensation level - discussed individually
- English courses and coworking space are sponsored if needed
- An opportunity to have an equity option after probation period and successful KPIs achievement
