Guardians of The Lambsfoot!

Thanks for the info, that's me done then, unless the younger members of my tribe show up I am stuffed cos I do not understand any of these acronyms. In fact thinking about it I may revisit my plan to quit this multi knife owning sickness and just pick one or two and sell off the rest , then I can just watch videos of amusing kittens and puppies on YouTube with no thought to cluttering up my life with small pets ;).

I'd hate to see that happen, sending a PM to see if I can help out.

Edit: well, I'm trying to send a PM, but you are showing up as both a gold and basic member and it's not letting me PM you.

I have been trying to send you an Email but for some reason it will not go through, as you must by now have realised I am pretty much computer illiterate and at my age I fear the onset of senility is taking its toll, so I thank you for your attempt at helping me out and wish you all the best, Regards Bob (OMR).

Thanks for offering to help, I hope that you can assist our friend Bob in posting pics here  oldmanrunning oldmanrunning , if you need to post a test pic, can you start a thread in the technical forum here - https://www.bladeforums.com/forums/tech-support-general-q-a-site-feedback-more.679/ - please, this thread is becoming cluttered? There's also numerous threads in that forum to help members post images, and if you need any more help, it'd be a good place to ask. Hope you manage to work it out

That's pretty cool
Thanks! Its kind of a funky hybrid, but the Lambsfoot blade looks pretty good in this frame. Will never be as comfortable as a true Lambsfoot pattern but will be a good carry for those days I feel like going light and minimal.

Nice work, you produced an interesting knife :) Don't ever leave it in a field or anything, or in a hundred years or so, knife knuts and archaeologists are going to be wondering what the heck went on there! :D

An English blade with French writing on the handle, found in an American pasture. What's the problem? :D

The problem might well be, what were knives for and why so many? :D:cool::eek:

Why didn't Mr Lambfoot put his name on the tang but only on the blade?o_O:D

My first picture in the Guardians of the Lambs foot thread, what do I need to join just the knife? Here's the knife I won in Andy's, (bonzodog's GAW knife). Here's the ice jam at point of the Gap, Delaware Watergap PA. An Ice jam and a Lambs foot by A.Wright & Son's Lambs foot wrapped with a gorgeous Stag set of covers. This knife fits my hand like a glove.

Beautiful!

A couple of beautiful pictures, Cambertree. They just about pop off the screen. :)

Excellent recollection my friend, and a lonk to an outstanding post  Those pics are full of sunshine my friend :)

Thanks for the kind comments my friends.:) I thought I'd try to transmit some of the summer colour and light here, over to those Guardians in the midst of winter at the moment.;)

Thanks for the tips! And that Lambsfoot looks right at home amidst fresh picked garden produce

No worries, I look forward to hearing more on how your Frankendoukfoot works out as a user.:)

LOL, here's a straight handled Lambsfoot for you - my stag lefty again.;)

After using both styles of handles in EDC use, the swayback handled versions definitely seem to be the more comfortable cutting tools, IMO. :D:p;)
