You are suitable for CTO position if you:

• have at least 3 years of experience in managing tech development department;
• have experience in building and managing a team of 10 employees;
• have at least 3 years of programming experience;
• have successfully implemented a development methodology in your previous jobs that still works today;
• can clearly understand what is happening in someone else's code;
• feel comfortable communicating and negotiating with internal / external customers.

It will be cool if your English is fluent or at least B1 / B2 level, if you can read and write technical documentation.

Our product is a proxy DNS Server. We have our own anycast network and we support and develop solutions for various platforms. We use machine learning as well.
Our technology stack is: Python, C / C ++, Git, Click House, Grafana, Zabbix, Prometheus, Sentry, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkens, MySQL, PostgreSQL.

You should be able to:

• define a product development strategy;
• plan job activities and coordinate devs department;
• come up with the best options of the architecture and technology stack of each project;
• implement a methodology for managing tasks, code, repository;
• assemble a team of A-class personnel in your department
