Julie Belle’s is a popular local restaurant recently relocated in a brand new building just off I-95 (exit 164) in Florence, South Carolina.
We’ve never been to their old location, but recently gave them a try at their new spot because they were right off I-95. Before we went in we quickly checked the reviews online… which were pretty good so we went in.
First off, they were very friendly and made us feel right at home. The place was very clean (it’s a new building).
Our meals were very good. Catfish and fried shrimp to be exact. Prices were reasonable… the Southern Fried Catfish was $14 and the Fried Shrimp was $13. Most sides were $3 and fresh brewed sweet tea was $2.29.
All in all, not a bad deal for what we got. I would definitely stop here again. Get off I-75, decompress, relax and have a nice meal. Gas up and continue your journey on a full belly.
Now if I could just stay awake.
