Project Manager

Big Data Solutions continues to grow and we are now searching for a Middle/Senior Project Manager - for our office in St.Petersburg, Russia.

Big Data Solutions is an international product company developing high loaded systems for analyzing the results of trading in financial markets.

Our clients are international financial organizations: banks, brokers, exchanges, hedge funds, etc.

Currently our team consists of 3 PMs and we are looking for a fourth Project Manager whose main responsibilities will be to communicate with customers and organize team work.

You will be responsible for:

• Communicating with clients to determine user requirements
• Create a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project
• Define the scope of the project in collaboration with senior management
• Required project documentation preparation
• Monitor the progress of the project and adjust as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the project
• Ensure that the project deliverables are on time, within budget and at the required level of quality
• Work with the development team (17 developers).

The ideal candidate:

• Has 3+ years of experience in IT projects
• Has excellent organizational skills, communication, and presentation skills
• Speaks English fluently.
