I-95 Multi-Lane Closures in Delaware This Week

The Delaware Department of Transportation (DelDOT) announces to motorists that there will be overnight lane closures on northbound I-95 between the Route 896 Interchange and the service plaza and on southbound I-95 between the off ramps to northbound and southbound Route 896 for barrier relocation. Additionally, there will be overnight lane closures on Route 72 for demolition work.

I-95 LANE CLOSURES

  • Wednesday August 9: Overnight Multi-Lane Closure – northbound I-95, Route 896 Interchange to service plaza (7:00 pm to 7:00 am).
  • Wednesday August 9: Overnight Lane Closure – southbound I-95, Between off ramps to northbound and southbound Route 896 (7:00 pm to 7:00 am).

This work is weather dependent. Motorists should use caution and expect minor delays in the area.
