Unfriendly UI, regular crashes, and significant bugs like broken integration with gallery/camera ar Android 13 devices: impossible to insert from gallery or make a photo for appeal. Almost unuseful.

Main functionality for bills payments and adding attachments when try to contact support for this reason doesn't work
