We are looking for User Acquisition Manager to develop PPC traffic channel and support growing of our customer base.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the performance of paid digital channel of Google / Facebook
- Forecast, drive & deliver on-target sales and return on ad spend
- Expanding customer acquisition strategy through all channels
- Optimize testing across data, media, proposition and creative to drive performance through a test and learn approach
- Meticulously manage the PPC budget by ensuring proper budget pacing, estimating monthly costs, tracking of monthly invoices
- Ensure all campaigns operate to agreed budget and ROI
- Support management of agency relationship, day-to-day workflow and drive prioritization of processes
- Understand, measure and routinely produce reports on performance metrics of all PPC campaigns to effectively assess against goals (ROI and KPI)
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience working for eCommerce businesses
- Advanced strategic and operational knowledge of paid traffic channels
- Ability to manage multiple projects in highly-matrixed organizations, often with competing priorities
- Proficient with Excel. SQL will be advantageous.
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Experience managing multi-million marketing budgets across all platforms and all device types
- Excellent analytical, organisational, project management and time management skills.
- English is necessary
