Description: 

Observe and participate in the planning and execution of Stockfish film festival.

Learn how the best films are identified and chosen, who the players in the industry are, and all the steps required to produce world-class film festivals and screenings.The primary function of this position is responsible for the support of planning, scheduling and monitoring the production and execution of the festival production cycle regarding all departments.This position reports directly to the Festival Director work as part of a team to ensure the continuous operation of the festival and associated facilities in order to maximize operational efficiency.

Additional Information

Strong and effective verbal and written communication skills. Good team player who takes initiative. Experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Knowledge of Photoshop or Illustrator is a plus. Comfortable with PC and Macintosh computers. Customer service experienceInternet savvy and phone friendly. Detail oriented, dedicated and energetic. Possess strong organizational and communications skills. Demonstrate good interpersonal skills. Have strong knowledge regarding general office dutiesExperienced with computer film database software. Strong fluency in other language is a PLUS
