IT HR Manager

A junior or a middle HR manager who is ready to learn fast, work with several positions at the same time and who's result-oriented and a great communicator.

We expect:

• Basic understanding of IT positions
• Great communication skills
• Fluent English

Good to have:

• HR experience in any field
• IT background
• Any coding experience

What you’ll do:

• Look for candidates for different positions
• Schedule interviews
• Provide feedback and make offers
• Communicate with stakeholders inside the company to clarify project and position requirements
• If you’re interested, over time you can start working on onboarding & adaptation procedures and internal educational opportunities for our teammates

What we offer:

• Completely remote, flexible hours
• Fixed salary plus additional performance-based bonuses
