Video Tutorial Creator

Readymag is a browser-based design tool that helps create any kind of web publications: landing pages, portfolios, magazines, websites, multimedia longreads and pitch decks. We are also a distributed team with a strong international user community and client-oriented service.

The Readymag team is looking for a Video Tutorial Creator who will create engaging, informative and easy-to-follow Readymag tutorials in English for our YouTube channel. This is a remote part-time contractor position.

The YouTube strategy and tutorial topics will be defined by the marketing team.

you will:

• write scripts and create storyboards for tutorials;
• voice over tutorials;
• record screencasts;
• edit the final video, add our ready-made background music and motion graphics;
• create at least 3 tutorials a month.

we require:

• experience editing and voice overing video content;
• familiarity with Readymag (we will do training sessions and help you become Readymag pro);
• ability to work independently, meeting goals and deadlines;
• openness to revisions;
• fluent English.

test assignment:

We require all candidates to complete a test assignment. Once done, please send it to ​ along with your short bio and portfolio. If you are selected for the job, you’ll get paid for the test assignment.Please create a short tutorial on how to create links in Readymag. You can learn more about links in this article. Do not create an intro, outro and other motion graphics for the video. You will only need to record, voice over, and edit the video.
