Lead Product Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Lead and grow a team of 7+ analysts and build strong relationships with senior stakeholders
• Develop a vision and roadmap for analytics across a functional group
• Prioritize, through data, product, or process areas needing investigation and analysis
• Organize key product metrics monitoring
• Organize hypotheses testing processes, verify results of experiments
• Collaborate with Product Management and Leadership Team in making product and business decisions based on data insights and experiments analysis
• Initiate various RnD tasks related to routing and couriers assignment algorithms, pricing, couriers and clients behavior investigations, etc

Requirements:

• Experience managing a team of Data/Product analysts (7+ members)
• Experience developing insights and analytics strategies to set direction
• Experience working with stakeholders at all levels
• Strong knowledge of conventional statistical techniques in data analysis
• Fluent with SQL and are able to write complex and performant queries with no assistance
• Able to clean a dataset and conduct data analysis in Python or a similar language
• Experience with experimentation and A/B testing methodology
• Experience with Tableau
• Ability to formalize and visualize the results of the data analysis
• Experience with algorithms optimization would be a plus
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• A passion for people management
• English Upper-Intermediate and higher
