A fine group shot, Chin! And an even finer assortment of knives!
Thanks Jack and Dylan. You lads have been taking some fantastic pics too, as usual.

View attachment 831454 Wishing Jack Black safe travels in cold northern England, and a warm and informative visit with the folks at the A Wright & Son shop.
One of the benefits of living in England is I can order a knife from A Wright & Son and it is on my doormat the next day.
Safe travels, Jack! Your journey reminded me of something, I'm sending you a PM.
safe travels my friend! will this be by the tubes? bus? car?
Hello Guardians sorry no knife pic. But last week I showed my lambsfoot with my new bathroom tile figured I’d show the bathroom almost done. Will show a lambsfoot or two tomorrow.
Great stuff Wasn't this a much longer post earlier.
Well spotted Jack, I was feeling unloved so thinking I would save it for a while and post a fuller review, I cut it down and intend to post in a week or so and use the time to try and work out how to post pictures.
Wow!It's been a while since I took a group photo...
Those tawny gold and brown textures make quite a contrast...
Chin, astoundingly good Stag on that, always enjoy seeing it.
Wow!
Chin - What a neat group photo my friend- a handful of goodnessright there- I love the way the lights is just glimmering in
Thanks Will. I appreciate the compliment, my friend. As I wanted a bit more of an aged, well used appearance to this knife, I experimented with dunking it in strong black tea overnight, then dabbing the low spots with potassium permanganate solution, rubbing the high points with a bit of scrap leather with some compound on it, between applications. I don't know if it's apparent, but I actually 'shaded' the dark patches to accentuate the appearance of depth - that is, one side of each declivity should be a little darker than the other side. At least I didn't completely wreck the natural beauty of the stag - I hope!
Thanks Duncan. I went outside to take some pics, but the light was like high noon in Death Valley, so I used the shade of some tomato plants to take that pic. It's probably a no-no in formal photography, but personally I don't mind a bit of leaf shadow or sun spangle in an outdoor photo.
A couple more cover texture contrast shots:

And the uncropped knives:
Jack: I hope you have a good trip over at Sheffield. Please give Stan my best, when you next see him.
Keith: nice job on the bathroom remodel, my friend. Looks great.
That bolster die is very cool, Jack. I'm glad to hear that you and your bag of knives had a good trip to Sheffield. I always enjoy hearing about your visits with the folks at Wright's.
I'll also be sending out an email to the Lambsfoot list in due course. If you're not on it, and would like to be, please PM me your email address
I'd like to be on this list, but it appears that your Inbox is full at the moment.
