IT Recruitment Team Lead

Our team is looking for a passionate Recruitment Leader, on-the-court coach, who will bring top talents to the team and will create processes that deliver at scale, thought leadership around technical and hiring process innovations.

You will hire and manage the team of 3+ people, partner with hiring managers and work with data to build effective candidate generation and sourcing strategies for regular as well as niche positions, while ensuring great candidate experience. You will have the freedom to experiment with new ideas and drive towards building diverse and passionate teams.

Once here you will

• Engage, manage and develop a high-performing team in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment
• Set team performance goals and metrics, timelines and a formal tracking process to measure and manage progress
• Work closely with Product, Engineering and Business leaders to influence and deliver a quality assessment and candidate experience through all aspects of the recruitment funnel.
• Act as a talent advisor for technology recruiting, including work on continuous company and talent mapping in key tech areas
• Maintain data integrity and report recruiting metrics (we use Greenhouse ATS + TalentWall)
• Ensure that every candidate has a positive and engaging interview experience.

Our ideal candidate

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a top-tier software company with excellent engineering talent bar
• 3+ years experience leading technical recruitment function 
• Successful track record of attracting top senior engineering talent
• Experience creating, measuring and scaling workflow between Candidates, Hiring Managers and the Recruiting team
• Ability to influence, coach and develop others and to scale teams
• Passion and understanding of technology
• Excellent verbal and communication skills, English B2+
